Returns & Refunds
Each piece is made to order with care. Our approach to returns reflects that process, while respecting applicable consumer laws in your jurisdiction.
1. Your right to cancel (UK and EU customers)
If you are based in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, for items that are not personalised. This right arises under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, please notify us within that period by contacting returns@holdfasttofaith.com.
Once cancellation is confirmed, you must return the item within 14 days. Items should be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.
2. Customers outside the UK and EU
If you are located outside the United Kingdom or European Union, change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted. Any such requests will be considered at our discretion.
3. Personalised or made-to-specification items
Where an item is made to your specifications or clearly personalised, the right to cancel does not apply.
4. Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for UK customers).
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@holdfasttofaith.com, providing your order number and photographs of the issue.
We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
5. Returns process
Returns must be requested in advance by email. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
We reserve the right to decline returns that have not been authorised or that do not meet the conditions set out above.
6. Cancellations before production
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund prior to production. Once production has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of confirmation.
This policy operates alongside, and does not affect, any statutory rights that may apply in your country of residence.
